Training

Part of our mission statement is to promote usability, accessibility and the use of user centred design in general. As part of this vision we conduct training sessions in usability testing for any businesses that wish to develop their own user research or understand how user research could benefit their product design. Usability lab for hire

We have our own purpose built usability lab consisting of 2 rooms linked by a high definition audio/visual system. This lab is ideal for clients to observe live user testing in an environment which allows a freedom of discussion not found in a traditional usability lab.

Accessibility review

One of the most controversial topics of web design is accessibility. As legislation increases it is certain that accessibility will continue to be at the forefront of design issues and it will become even more important for sites to be accessible to all. As well as ensuring that anything we design meets current accessibility standards, we also offer a service to evaluate the accessibility of a site both logically and to WCAG standards.

It is worth noting that being designers, we understand that accessibility is not simply about jumping through hoops and checklists, rather that it is a goal and we try to use the flexibility of the guidelines to engineer a solution that works for everyone.
