We have completed a number of web projects with the Telegraph Media Group including the radical redesign of their website in 2008.

As part of a migration to new content management system, we were asked to redesign the functionality and user experience to help the encourage users to spend more time on the site and view more content.

We conducted three rounds of user research where we interviewed a cross-section of current and potential Telegraph readers to test new functionality, page layout and information architecture. 

Our final designs aimed to meet the business needs while also providing the best user experience possible and not alienating the fiercely protective Telegraph readership who were resistant to change. 

Since launch the Telegraph online readership has increased by 100% with average page impressions increasing from 70 million to over 200 million.
